The GELEAT Lean Fruit and Vegan Base is perfect for making sorbets without added sugar.
Prepare a different sorbet every time by adding your favorite seasonal fruit!
Or prepare a delicate vegan ice cream by combining the flavors of your choice, obtaining a delicious ice cream, light, creamy and very tasty.
The mixture is perfectly balanced, contains selected first choice ingredients, gluten and free hydrogenated fats.
Simply add a 10% flavor of your choice to prepare your delicious ice cream.
The GELEAT base is natural 100%, prepared with fresh milk and cream, sugars and dietary fibre.
It is a clean label product, without additives.
It does not contain preservatives, colorants or stabilizers.
It has a long shelf life and you can store it in a cool, dry place but out of the fridge.
Once the package has been opened, it should be stored in the refrigerator and consumed within 3-4 days.

PREPARATION
The GELEAT mixture is ready to use.
Shake the package, open it and pour the contents into a container.
Add chopped fresh seasonal fruit or desired flavor and stir to maintain a liquid mixture.
Pour everything into an ice cream machine and you're done!
For fruit sorbets it is recommended to add a quantity of fresh fruit 50%.
For lemon sorbet it is recommended to add a quantity of 20% of lemon juice and 30% of water.

TEMPERATURE
The sealed package has a long shelf life and should be kept in a cool, dry place outside
from the fridge.
After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 3-4 days.
